What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping within the EU is free of charge.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
In principle, it is no longer possible to change/cancel the order after completion of the order process. We can only try to intercept the package within 30 minutes of receiving the order during our business hours and to change or cancel the order. How long will my order take?
After we have received your order, our staff will do everything necessary to ensure you receive your product as quickly as possible. After careful packing and transfer to the shipping partner, the period for deliveries within Austria is approx. 2-5 working days, and for deliveries to Germany approx. 4-8 working days. We will state the period for deliveries to other countries in the shipping confirmation. We will contact you if problems arise due to the availability of goods or other reasons.
Do I have to pay customs for import into non-EU countries?
For orders outside the EU you have to pay the costs for customs and, if applicable, taxes or handling fees for the relevant country.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as your package has been transferred to the shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number by e-mail.
